Logitech’s latest venture involves slapping Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 3. You can show your FPS allegiance without paying a silly premium. The upcoming Logitech keyboard and mouse will be priced the same as their standard counterparts.

MW3- inspired design and additional function keys, these gaming accessories target to improve the gaming experience for CoD and other FPS shooters out there. The Gaming Keyboard G105 packs backlit keys, anti-ghosting technology, and six so-called G buttons for macro commands, each with three mode states. so one can configure up to 18 possible macro combination in any game they play. The keyboard possess an optimized key matrix, designed in the way where one can use more keys at a time in FPS games. There is one-touch controls for volume, start, stop, pause, forward and back functions.

The G9x gaming mouse isn’t exactly new. This mouse is a staple of Logitech’s gaming offering with interchangeable grips, swappable weights and on-board memory. The Laser Mouse G9X has on-the-fly, adjustable dpi that lets you go from pixel-precise 200 dpi all the way to lightning-fast 5700 dpi in the blink of an eye. The full speed USB connection makes sure that the commands are transmitted at up to 1000 reports per second. It has a dual-mode scroll wheel that suites well for weapon selection with its click-to-click mode and a hyper-fast scrolling mode for flying through long web pages, when the user is switched out of the game. The mouse supports up to five ready-to-play profiles that the user can switch through without the use of any software. If the user feel the mouse is too light, up to 28g of extra mass can be added to it.

The Logitech Laser Mouse G9X and Gaming Keyboard G105 will set you back $79.99 each, but the mouse has a three-year warranty, while the keyboard will have a one-year warranty.

As said above these prices are the same as the standard version. This cites that Logitech is moving towards critical position. Here’s hoping that this MW3 gear is a one-off thing and Logitech isn’t planning anymore.
